We are now looking for a Maintenance Planner for Drill Steel 09 who enjoys challenges and wants to help develop the business to the next level.

Your Role

As a maintenance planner for Drill Steel 09, you will be part of a team responsible for both Drill Steel and Completion 13. Our goal is to provide the best possible conditions for maintaining production equipment to increase and maintain the facility's performance. As a maintenance planner, you will participate in project management/installation management for investment and renovation projects as needed. The work is independent while you also become part of a team where you will collaborate with your colleagues to achieve the best possible solutions.

Common tasks include:

• Plan and schedule planned maintenance outages
• Prioritize, prepare, resource plan, and schedule work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance work.
• Document protocols and follow-ups, etc.
• Monitor maintenance performance and analyze data to optimize processes
• Conduct cost assessments of maintenance work.
• Hold and participate in planning meetings with other functions in the work area.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a high school education focused on technology or mechanics, or equivalent work experience. If you have previously worked as a mechanic or have experience working on projects within the industry with a genuine interest in technology, this is an advantage for this position. A prerequisite for success in the role is a good ability to read and interpret drawings, as well as good computer skills and IT systems. Experience with the maintenance system Maximo is a plus. You speak and write fluently in Swedish, and since we work in an international environment, we also appreciate good knowledge of English.
